3. Estimates and Quotes

All estimates provided are approximate and based on information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Changes to project scope requested by the client
• Material cost fluctuations
• Weather-related delays or modifications

We will communicate any significant changes to pricing before proceeding with additional work.

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your service contract. Generally:

5. Project Timeline and Delays

Project timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, permit processing times, and unforeseen site conditions. We will make reasonable efforts to complete projects on schedule but cannot guarantee specific completion dates due to factors beyond our control, particularly Minnesota's seasonal weather patterns.

6. Permits and Compliance

When required, we will obtain necessary permits for concrete work. However, clients are responsible for ensuring that all work complies with local homeowners association (HOA) requirements and providing us with any relevant guidelines or restrictions before work begins.

7. Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our work. Our warranty includes:

• Workmanship warranty as specified in your service contract
• Coverage for defects in materials and installation
• Exclusions for damage caused by improper use, soil settlement, freeze-thaw cycles, or acts of nature

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the property and project requirements

• Remove vehicles and personal property from the work area

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our operations, and clients should maintain their own homeowner's insurance.

10. Cancellation Policy
